Explore your strength in our Virtual 8-Week Pre-Pole Experience where you’ll learn progressive floorwork exercises and dance choreography to unlock your distinctive movement style, find freedom in your body, and reclaim your unique strength and power. In this Pre-Pole virtual experience, you will: Develop core and upper body strength Find fluidity in foundational floor work moves - no pole required Play with choreography and dance freestyles Learn a new movement style and vocabulary to prepare you to go up the pole in Part 2, Pole Foundations Evolve and flourish in your movement practice Participate in a non-mandatory showcase opportunity to show off your individual music and style Become a part of a community celebrating freedom through dance Receive access to the recorded sessions for personal viewing and playback through our private online portal Receive an invitation to our private online Facebook group where students can share information and connect with each other This class meets every Saturday from April 3rd-May 22nd at 10am-11:30am Pacific Time.
